    That’s certainly strange! Are you on a multisite network by chance? If so, the tabs will likely only be visible on the parent site.

    If not, will you please run through these troubleshooting steps to see if there is some other conflict we can lock down?

    I’m having the same experience on a EC Pro upgrade.
    I updated both EC and Pro plugins, and now the tabs for additional fields and license key are not showing even though they are both the same versions.

    Howdy stefanievalentic,

    We just wanted to check in and see if you are still having an issue. If so, you might try reinstall PRO. That is what fixed sir Pruneau’s issue. His plugin was for some reason stuck on the RC versions 3.10a5, instead of the final release versions which is just 3.10.
