Please remove my site from Jetpack Monitor

Hi, hope you can help. I rather foolishly closed down my old web hosting where I had a disused blog, without first disabling Jetpack Monitor. Would it be possible for you to remove the blog address from your systems so I’ll stop getting the emails to tell me it’s down? The address is https://www.suzyblue.org.uk/blog. Apologies for not doing it the sensible way! Thanks
