    Thank you for your message. It sounds like you have already identified the issue really – that permissions on your ‘files’ folder aren’t as you require.

    On a standard WordPress install, that folder is usually called wp-content/uploads, so maybe you are already attempting to do something unusual.

    The best thing may be to ask you web host to ensure file permissions and also ‘htaccess settings’ are as you need for that entire folder structure.

    We’ve gotten past the 403 error (i.e. you can either view or download the documents), but the viewing windows are still blank. Would you please take a look again?

    I even tried hosting one of the documents on Google Drive instead of on WP and that didn’t work either.
