please try the general troubleshooting steps:
– deactivate all plugins to see if that solves the issue;
if yes, re-activate one plugin at a time and test inbetween to locate the faulty plugin;
– switch to the default theme Twenty Fifteen to see if that solves the issue;
if yes, definitvely ask your theme’s developer.
