Multiple Screen Size Breakpoints

I hope this isn’t a duplicate of another post, but is there a way to create multiple breakpoints for more screen sizes? I love having the ability to set the breakpoint, but it would be awesome to set multiple breakpoints for different grid styles (i.e. start with 4 per row, to 3 per row, to 2 per row etc.).
