Issue when required fields fail (CF7)

  • Hi!

    I’m using this plugin with Contact Form 7. I have an issue were the reCAPTCHA does not reload to allow a new input if the user happen to forget (or fill in faulty information) on any of the required fields.

    This means that a user can fill in a long form and pass the reCAPTCHA, but fail to send the message because a forgotten field. Even if the user fill in the field, the validation with reCAPTCHA fails automatically this time and there is no way to reload only validation. The user ends up with having to reload the page and therefore also lose all input.

    Any fix for this? Otherwise I have to go back to simple captcha again. Thanks!

    Hi,

    So far I haven’t seen a fix for this. I solved it by going back to the official simple-captcha tool that comes with the CF7 plugin. Not as visual amusing but it works. Let me know if you find another solution.

    Same thing for me.
