Jetpack Publicize – Twitter and Facebook b0rked

  • Core, plugins, themes are all up-to-date. Current plugin stack: Akismet, All in One WP Security, Contact Form 7, flickrRSS, Google Analytics by Yoast, Inline Comments, Jetpack, Multi Part Posts, Post List Featured Image, Post Snippets, Really Simple CAPTCHA, Redirect Editor, Reveal IDs, Shadowbox JS, Tablepress, WordPress Editorial Calendar, WordPress SEO, WP Instagram Widget.

    (Okay, I might need to pare that down more than a little bit.)

    Anyway, I’ve got Jetpack’s Publicize module up and running. I’ve activated the LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter feeds. The problem is only LinkedIn seems to be working. Ugh. Not good.

    Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

    Edit: site is https://www.danbailey.net, running the Twenty Fifteen theme.

    Okay, addendum here. I’ve tried this:

    1. Shut off access in Jetpack.

    2. Went into Facebook and Twitter. Deleted access for WordPress.com from both.

    3. Waited. Went back into Jetpack, then added access. No change. None. Nada.

    And now LinkedIn publicizing doesn’t seem to work, either.

    Have since scrapped using Jetpack for this and am now using NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster — which is clunky, but passable.
