JetPack Comments – Not Activating

Ps, JetPack Comments isn’t activating on my site.
After activating, it shows the Configure link and ‘Activate’ still shows too, instead of ‘Deactivate’.
Clicking on Configure takes me to another ‘Activate’ page.Pls help.
