Table view not displaying with shortcode

Using the following shortcode and nothing displays.
[testimonials view=table columns=3 orderby=rand]Using only [testimonials] works fine – looks great. But really need the table view as shown in your screen shots.
What is the correct shortcode for table view, 3 columns. Thank you!
