Can I center an image as a banner?

I am using Times theme Premium version.

I have used the logo option to upload an image I had hoped to use as a banner. It seems impossible to center it, or even to create the illusion of doing so by building up white space to one side or the other. On some handheld devices it looks ok, but on desktop or notebook screens the image veers to the left.

I am not using a carousel or slider, and it makes no difference if the search bar (located in the top right) is activated or not. The site is osburnt.com, if it helps to take a look.
