3rd services tab wont update

    i have the free version of the theme and only ever used once with this site.. the 3rd services section on the front page will not update at all and none of the images for logo etc will upload they let you select a file but wont upload at all.

    is this theme crippled until the paid version is purchased?
    if so where is the notice that says this?
    nobody will buy this theme if it doesn’t work, and i for one would never purchase the theme if that is the case.

    Please get back to me asap.
