Woocommerce Confirmation emails not going through.

WP-Mail-SMTP plugin work around didn’t work, customers still aren’t getting their email confirmations. When you mark the order as complete the email goes through, but this is not a feasible work around. Can anybody help me with this issue? Thanks so much.
