Twitter – Is there a plug in that…….

I am about to cross over from Joomla to WordPress, before I do can someone help me with the following. Thanks Guys

I am looking for a plug-in that auto publishes to Twitter with the following option

1) Lets you add a Twitter title, that is different from the articles title.

OR

2) Changes words in a title before it submits to Twitter.

Example: Miguel Cotto wins by stoppage – would post on Twitter as – @realmiguelcotto wins by stoppage

I own a news site and it would save a lot of time and get articles more hits if the titles had @usernames in them. I have searched all over but can’t find any, unless I am missing something..
