Cart page not showing all shipping options

    Hi

    I have just installed WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping by Mangohour plugin 1.1.0 and completed my shipping zones and the table rate.
    We are offering two shipping methods per zone – both flat rate.
    The shipping calculator is showing on the product page but only gives one shipping option per country zone. I have disable the debug shipping in woo commerce settings, and still no joy.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
