Classifieds by buyers website

  • Hi, I need to create a website with two types of users Buyers and sellers.

    1- Buyers will post what they want to buy using a very simple drop down form.
    2- sellers will be able to see & filter buyers’ requests, then apply to them by offers through direct messages

    What is the best free plugin i can use to do this?
