Newbie – 3 quick questions text format, delete posts, blog address

The posts I put in with photos and links is hard to read orange underlined text and the text is linked to a picture.

I went to delete the posts and paste them in again and I was told I was forbidden, but I was logged in.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Blog address (URL): https://dougkerchergolf.com/wordpress (but can be changed)

Enter the address here if you want your blog homepage to be different from the directory you installed WordPress.

How does this option work?

If I want to change it to https://dougkerchergolf.com/golfprodiary

Does this mean this will be the link I can give people?
