    Hi there,
i’ve just downloaded the free version of cf7 skin and have now an issue with e-mail
if i use one of the templates the cf7skin plugin provides, the default email message want adapt to the form template.
So if the form on my site gets sent to my email, i won’t get the results of the filled out form but only the default message:
    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
    Subject: [your-subject]

    Message:
    [your-message]
is there a bug? do i miss something? or do i just have to fill in the email tag myself?

@socialmediafit – you do “have to fill in the email tag” yourself.

When you select a CF7 Skins Template, it’s placed in the form section of the Contact Form 7 interface. You then adjust this to your requirements, adding and deleting or modifying Contact Form 7 field tags as required – as you would with any Contact Form 7 form.

Once you’ve completed your work in the Form section, you then need to add the fields you want sent by email in the Mail: Message body: section of Contact Form 7 – again just as you would with any Contact Form 7 form.

Each field needs to be matched exactly as follows:

In the Form section you might have:
<li> Your Name (required) [text* cf7s-name]</li>

In the Mail: Message body: section you need to use something like:
    Name: [cf7s-name]

You need to do this for every field you want sent by email.

@HermitDeCrab- Thank you very much for your reply.
With the newest update of cf7 plug in it is more obvious how to work it out.
Thanx again and have a great week.
