difficult access to results

As far as I can tell, the only way to get results is to copy pages and paste them into a document. So…results are available but not very usable.
The author’s suggestion to dump the database in PHPMyAdmin did not work for me. The table cited had information about the table, but not the table data itself. The data must be somewhere. Surely it can be accessed.
My survey results can be shared and will be somewhat useful. It would be much better to have CSV or some better location of the data in MySQL.
