Script hung up when going from horizontal to vertical menu

    I decided to try a vertical menu to the right of the banner image, changing from a horizontal menu beneath the banner image. Got the little spinning circle indicating the change was taking place. Three hours later and the little circle is still spinning. How do I kill it? Menu is still horizontal.
