Add "Do not show again" option on pop-up.

While it’s nice to have “Once shown, do not show again for [certain period]” option on the back-end, why not enable site visitors to have a “Do not show this again [ever]” option from the front-end?

Thus, minimizing annoyance for those who either have subscribed / hit the CTA or have seen the pop-up before. We’re currently using a longer period for [certain period] but it seems like giving site visitor the option to be done with popups is a good thing to have.

Does that make sense as a new feature in an upcoming version?
