church theme content widgets not appearing in widgets with forgiven church theme

  • I am using FORGIVEN CHURCH THEME which includes CHURCH THEME CONTENT plugin
    but the CTC widgets which are included in church theme content framework does not appear in my wordpress widgets..it includes all the widgets.php files but still the ctc widgets does not appear ..i tried deactivating all the plugins to see if theres conflict but its not working ..FORGIVEN CHURCH THEME IS COMPATIBLE WITH CHURCH THEME CONTENT PLUGIN …SO WHY THE CTC WIDGETS ARE NOT THERE

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    I’m the author of the Church Theme Content plugin and Church Theme Framework, but not of the Forgiven theme. The plugin and framework are used by the Forgiven theme but the plugin itself does not provide widgets.

    The framework resides in the theme and provides half of the widget functionality. However, the theme author decides which features of the framework to use and must provide templates for presenting the widgets. I do not know which widgets the Forgiven theme does or does not support.

    If you do not have the purchase code they require for support access, you can ask the person who made the original purchase for it or try to get in touch with BoxyStudio by other means (their website, social media, etc.). They are the only ones that will be able to help you with their theme and the widgets it offers.

    Hey there lizzy, Steven is correct. The plugin provides the data, the theme decides what it will display. Forgiven doesn’t come with the same widgets that other church themes do at the moment.

    If you don’t have a purchase code, how did you obtain the Forgiven theme?
