Different configuration when installed in 4.2 enviornment?

  • Hi,

    I installed the plugin in my wordpress 4.2.2 multi-site environment and when I access the widget under appearance and add it to a sidebar, I see the following options to enable it

    Title: (single line textbox)
    Create a group to organize multiple widgets. (no option to select group)

    Number of Posts to Show at Once: (single line textbox)

    Widget logic: (multiple line text area)

    I’m not sure what to put into Widget Logic or how to get a group to display. Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi Ed,
    Widget Logic is from another plugin, not Random Content. You’ll need to check the documentation for that plugin to see how it works.

    I am clicking on Random Content as the widget and seeing a field called widget logic. I have a screenshot, but I cannot attach it to this thread…

    I apologize, I now see the Random Content menu item Below pages and comments where I can add “random content items and groups”.
