• Hello,

So the post-login redirect function was working perfectly till yesterday. Then yesterday a colleague deleted (or rather “unpublished”) the landing page, without knowing that it was being used as the redirect function. I have now reinstated that page, but redirect is still not working. As far as I know, nothing else has been changed.

I tried everything, including completely uninstalling MTL and then reinstalling it again, but with no luck: now after people login they are simply presented with the blank login page (i.e. the login page/URL loads up again but without showing the login form, which uses Gravity Forms). Incidentally, the login page uses a custom URL (i.e. it is not domain.com/wp-login.php).

Does anybody know what the problem may be? What are the settings or bits of code that I might need to check/change please?

    Many thanks in advance

I’m not sure I understand what happened. The Login page got deleted?

Sorry I may not have been very clear. The login page has always been fine. But I had set TML to redirect users upon successful login to a different page (on the same website). It is that landing page which got deleted. I did eventually re-establish that landing page (with the same URL etc), but even so the post-login redirect to it would not work anymore.

So, where is it redirecting to?

It now redirects to the same Login page, but without the Login form (which uses Gravity Forms). So basically it refreshes the login page which, after the refresh, appears without the login form (presumably because it’s already been used?) – in other words, it looks like an empty page of the website.

I’m not sure exactly how to help as you’re not using the default TML experience (ie. you keep mentioning Gravity Forms).
