I can't get and log in to my Dashboard

    Good day!

    Yesterday, i can’t get to my dashboard after setting up one of my plugin. i was trying to access and find the log in but i always end up to my website. it’s around 3pm yesterday and until now i can’t access.

    Ex.i will type https://www.firstphysio-eng.com/wp-admin/ but instead i will directly get to my website https://www.firstphysio-eng.com/

    The plugin i’m setting up was iThemes security. i clicked the Away mode. i set it at 8pm-12pm.. then after that i can’t edit anything to my dashboard. I don’t know what happened and i’m very new to this.

    Before this came, i have a problem with the lockouts,404 errors and login attempts in my web. i was trying to figure what causes them and followed directions in wordpress support. i changed everything, removed and get back my plugins one-by-one. and also i download ithemes security. i really don’t know what to do now.Please help.

  • Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Hi Matthew

    I saw my phpMyAdmin already but my problem now, i tried to find the active_plugin in the wp-option but it isn’t there. and also i tried to navigate wp-contents but also can’t find there.why is it that?
