Left align employee

I have just one employee listed in that section of the home page, and I would like it left justified when showing on a large screen (desktop/laptop) as the background image is set up so it looks best this way. It was like this until the last update. Can I add some CSS in that section to left align the employees?

I don’t know code…what would I paste there?
