    you can see the name of the person in the first message, together with the email, message and geo location (if available)

    Hi,

    I’ve added this to my membership site. My idea was that our members to that site can communicate with us via this live chat. However, when I was testing this, the members name does not show up in the chat. Only “Guest.”

    I really need it to display their name but I can’t seem to figure out how to make that happen. Can someone please help?

    Currently, there’s no way you can do that.
    In the future we might make a special integration with the membership plugin you are using.
