Auto-Import comments broken?

I haven’t tried the auto-import comments feature for facebook yet. But I reposted a post to LinkedIn recently and the LinkedIn comments were never auto-imported back to my WordPress page. Is this feature broken? And, if so, is there a way to manually import comments from social media?
