Fatal error killing website

Hi Gary, as a first step, disable the plugin by logging in to your site via FTP and delete the Eventbrite API plugin folder.

Every hosting account should come with an FTP account to allow you to access your files. If you’re not sure how, I’d suggest contacting your hosting company for help.

Our developer took a look – that error occurs when you haven’t installed or activated the Keyring plugin correctly. Keyring is also required in order to use the Eventbrite API plugin. Full instructions for installing both are in our user docs:
