Multiple ratings from one Post ID

    Hi,

    i have problems on my site with multiple ratings. Users are able to rate one post/page multiple times, which is actually unwanted behavior. Regarding this issue I have two questions:

    1. How do I delete multiple ratings from one Post ID. I tried to delete all logs and data for the Post ID “14.176”, but after entering this ID all posts for ID “14” were deleted. How can I solve this?

    2. Is it possible to configure WP Postings so that users can only rate a post/page once? Is it possible to even ban certain users?

    1. You can’t. Note that deleting the logs, does nothing to the ratings, it will not re calculate the rating.
    2. Nope. It is a technical limitation. And no you can’t ban users.
