making logo in header bigger

  • Hello could someone please help,

    I am currently working on fencer theme, my website is https://www.prep-work.com The theme crops the width of the logo to 166px, this is too small.
    I have went to the theme-options and the header.php files and changes it to 250px, but this doesnt work.

    Any suggestions please?
