Backup issue in plesk 12

  • I am using free version of wordfence and i am considering buying it for the test site and all other sites (also for clients).

    Recently i moved my sites over from a directadmin server to a plesk12 server

    now when i want to backup the website wordfence is generating an error

    I asked the hosting provider and they told me that it was because the system could not lock the table (to prevent edits) to create the backup. Reason for this was that the table could not be read.The table it concerns is: “wp_wfBadLeechers” which is used by Wordfence.

    How can i resolve the issue?

    What method are you using to backup Wordfence? Are you using Plesk’s Backup Manager or are you trying to export your settings out of Wordfence?
