Ignored Settings – No Centering etc.

I see what you are offering and it matches what I wanted – now I did the trial and got this left side pictures with giant white bar. Assumed it was because it was the free version so I purchased the personal.
Same thing.
Now that I can change things I have and it ignores everything I select (colors max width etc).
See gallery at bottom of the page below. Possibly something is interfering?
