Crawl Errors with each FAQ

Hi,
Today I received an error in my webmaster tools saying that I have excessive 404’s. When I click on a FAQ the question and answer open without a problem. Each question is a link. If I copy the URL and then try to go to that URL I get a 404. How can I link these question to the URL?
