Auto clear Tax Exempt ID text box when customer unselecting the TAX Exempt

Hi,

When customer selecting the TAX Exempt checkbox it is working fine.

when customer unselecting the TAX Exempt checkbox then automatically Tax Exempt ID text box must be cleared and tax amount must be displayed.

can you please help me to slove this issue..
