state list not working

I used gravity forms dropdown item with “bulk add/predefined items” to add a list of states. this created a list with all the states full names as the label and value. “Alabama/Alabama”

I used this list to add to the “state name” field in this plugin to go to state in constant contact. It’s not going through though. State stays blank in constant contact.

Should I be using “state code”? It doesn’t seem right but is that what I’m supposed to do?
