Is multisite right for me?

I am wanting to build a site/s in which the content is different depending on the country you are viewing it from. I found a few articles relating to plugins and multisite but nothing concrete about the type of set up that I want. Pretty simple.
I run a music business and need to have two (maybe a third in the future) versions of my site, one for Australia/NZ and one for the US (and maybe another for the UK in the future)
For example if you are viewing from Australia you see the artist line up and the products available for that territory and if you are in the US you see a different line up and product list.

If that sounds like a lot of work I might also be able to get away with a woocommerce addon that allows me to set the countries I can sell to on a product level (per product)

Any help on either subjects would be greatly appreciated.
