migrate from qTranslate plus to wpml

HI, I use the plugin for lots of sites but I need to swap from qTranslate plus to wpml in one of my sites. Since the plugin “qTranslate Cleanup and WPML Import” is not working with qTranslate plus, which is the best and clean way to do the swapping?
