Add my cause to some template

  • Hello guys I need a solution very quick ??
    I created a cause for fundraising and added it on the menu and it takes me to the separate page where only the cause is seen.
    What I want to do is to take my cause like a form and add it on one of my custom templates because I already have a template with some content and I need to add a fundraising form on it with progress bar and a donate button and I am wondering if there is some shortcode or some query that should be written for that.

    Or in other words.. can I add my cause form on any page no matter if it is a new or old page?
