Both if the problems you are experiencing have to do with setup.

Something is not quite configured right and that’s why your getting that error message. It’s a Filter that checks that the forms are completed properly.

In essence their is a mismatch between what your asking for in the forms back-end and the data you are inputting on the front-end.

If you want to provide me with Temp Admin access I can take a few minutes look at your configuration and make some suggestions.

    Hi Thomas,

I just responded via email – account was not fully configured so I could not access.

The email you sent from ? I attempted to reply to and it was kicked back.

This is what was I attempting to email back to you (you did not provide a reply to email)

I Attempted to log-in and received the following.

ACCOUNT PENDING: Your account is currently not active. An administrator needs to activate your account before you can login.

I apologize but my time is very limited this week and tonight was the only time I had to look into this.
You can make corrections and I may have another look later in the week if I have time..

I would also highly suggest you review this information on plugin and or theme conflicts.

I sent you another email yesterday. I attempted to log-in again and got a PW error message.

I would suggest that your next step is to check for a plugin and or theme conflict. Activate the default WP 2015 theme see if it works then ?
