600:File Size Error

I am attempting to upload a jog file that is less than 1mb in size, i have set the max to 90mb, but I am receiving the Error#600 File Size error when I attempt to upload.
Is there a user guide for the pro product and if so where can I find it? I have added meta fields which are not being prompted for so I do not understand what I am doing wrong. A user guide would be a big help right now.
