• I read about upgrading across multiple versions. But want to make sure I understand.

I’m running 4.0.2 – so do I have to upgrade two versions at a time – first to 4.0.4, and so on — or does that mean that I can go directly, using the upgrade button in my “control panel,” to 4.2.2? (After the appropriate backups, of course)

In other words, when they say do not upgrade more than two versions at a time, do they mean 4.0.x to 4.2.x is OK?

Thanks for the quick answer. This was my first question here, so obviously pleased with such a quick answer.

One more please – just making double sure, since this is my first upgrade.

So, this should be as simple as deactivating my plugins and hitting the “Update Now” button (to 4.2.2) in my dashboard? That’s it??? (I know to backup and save any modified files, etc.)
