IE7 displays funny page title?

    maybe I found sorta bug here?
    please look at blog.myenchanting.com (any recent posts) with IE7 and page titles appear centered/cropped?

    with Firefox it displays left-aligned and ok?

    ideas what is going on?

  • It’s very likely that this is due to the theme code rather than WordPress. Check out your stylesheet for the post settings or maybe (but not as likely) the post.php. I was going to help check it, but I don’t know what theme you are using since there is no designer link at the bottom.

    I am using the WP default theme – just added two background images to the appropriate css code sections.

    my testing shows every post written/created under IE7, as admin logged in, got a bad post title alignment.

    Postings created under Firefox show up fine in both browsers.

    I tested the problem on two different systems and it definitely looks like there is somehow an IE7 incompatibility with the Write editor in WP.

    problem fixed!

    replaced with the original styles.css, edited my custom background images back into it and all is well again.

    displays fine in both browsers!
