Bug: doesn't include port number on submit

On localhost (https://localhost:8888/test) after every step in the setup it sends me to https://localhost/test, and that obviously doesn’t work.
Only plugin active besides this plugin is ‘Pods‘ and I’m using the default theme on a fresh install
