Hide Form forever after submission

Hi,

Thanks a ton for this wonderful plugin. I’d be glad to get any help on the following areas.

1. I am setting up a page with various application forms (Created using CF7), for which students(logged in users) can apply for a copy of them. There is no meaning in letting the same student apply twice for the same application form. So, is there any way to replace/hide a contact form for that particular user, once he/she submits it?

2. If yes, is there any way to show “Applied” in the place where the concerned contact form was previously displayed.
