Lost share counts through unknown permalink change.

I have no idea how the permalink structure changed. I could have possibly tinkered around with with when I was in the developmental stages.
I got the following information from Facebooks Open Graph Debugger

Is there anyway to fix this to the old version without messing up my new versions? It shows I don’t have any facebook shares from this post. It also did this to two other posts.
