UTF-8 based other language sites create junk pdf / doc files

Hi,

Thank you for the wonderful plugin.
I have an issue though. UTF8 based other languages post creates junk on the pdf and word docs

The sample would be like

????????????? ???????????
???????????? ???????? ????

It is rendered like this from the tool.
I think utf-8 / language rendering support is not enabled.

à?aà?ˉà?￡à??àˉ?à??à?3àˉ?à?aàˉ?
à?aàˉ?à?2à?μàˉ?
à??à?°àˉ?à?¨àˉ?à?¤à?¤àˉ?,

Is there a plan to fix this issue ? Please respond
