    Hello developers,

First, I am trying to set up the plug-in for our new website and I have come across few things:

I have entered both current and resigned board members. When I create an event (board meeting), all board members are automatically invited to the event. The meetings are only for current board members, and some meetings will only be for certain committees. I couldn’t find a way to invite only some of the members. I also looked for a different title rather than Board Member, for example Resigned Board Member, but I couldn’t find a way to create a new role. Are there any solutions for these issues?

One last thing; Is it possible to create two boards?

Thank you very much for your help!

    Best,
    Subhi.

Thanks for reaching out @subhi. Unfortunately, the system was built to only work with current board members, and not those that are no longer serving. You could add another role for Resigned Board Members and integrate the two together, but that would require some custom programming.

As far as only inviting some people, everyone is able to RSVP, but if you use our Event Attendance Tracking extension you can record only for folks who were actually invited to the meeting.

Last, there isn’t currently a way to create two boards without having two different websites.

I hope that’s helpful. Let us know if you have any other questions. Have a good one.
