Text Editor overrides Visual Editor choice in CP

    With this plugin enabled, whenever I access a Post or Page in the WP control panel, the TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor always switches to the Text Editor even if I had last set it to Visual.

    Is this by design? There isn’t any HTML code added by the “Add Google Maps Bank Shortcode” button that would require the Text Editor be used, and I am afraid that with this behavior, some of my less-tech-savvy clients are not going to understand why this is happening.

    google-maps-bank/google-maps-bank.php Line 394:

    add_filter( "wp_default_editor", create_function( '', 'return "html";' ));

    This is causing a problem with everything else on my site and is unnecessary. Would be helpful to remove from future versions.
