Main content top border color coordinates with widget title color

I was not using the Colors section in the Customizing section but for some reason when I added a background image and changed my color scheme it started making me use it and effecting the widget title colors, which it wasn’t before.

I do not want the little color bar above my main content so in the customization section I made the Theme Color Scheme white, which made that top bar white so it looked like it wasn’t there. But in turn this also made my widget titles white instead of red like i need them. When I go and try to change the title color is the css it is overwrittien by ‘index’ which is the Theme Color Scheme color in the customization section.

So my question is how can I get rid of that top colored bar without it effecting my widget title color?
