VAT exeptions on Country

    Is it possible to set the following with this plugin (YITH WooCommerce EU VAT)

    Webshop in WooCommerce ,
    Shop is in Belgium .

    Customers from BE and NL whit a valide VAT number or no valide VAT number –> pay VAT

    Customers from FR, DE , UK, LU with valide VAT number –> pay NO VAT
    Customers from FR, DE , UK, LU with no valide VAT number –> pay VAT

    Just had contact with the builders of this plugin.
    It is possible to make these settings
